TOWHEY Consulting Group Inc. is an international management consulting firm specializing in integrated issues, risk + crisis leadership. With teams based in Toronto and Miami, we regularly work with the some of the world’s largest and smallest high performance organizations, helping them become stronger and more resilient to major crisis.
What we do
Over decades working with large and small organizations, we've learned that those organizations who emerge from crisis strongest and best able to continue succeeding are those who were already among the strongest and best led before the crisis. So, we don’t limit our focus to simply the crisis period. As we see it, effective crisis preparedness must also include building a strong, well-led, high performance organization able to excel in the day-to-day demands of its mandate.
How we do it
To best help our clients, we’re constantly working to improve our own team – keeping it fresh by attracting the best and the brightest, continually honing our own skills through individual professional and team development, and conducting original research to advance our own expertise and contribute a broader global understanding of crisis leadership.
To that end, we aspire to remain an agile team that focuses a broad wealth of strategic experience in various leadership disciplines to provide select clients with custom-fitted solutions that help them build organizational strength and be ready to manage effectively through any crisis.

Our structure
Internally, our organization is divided into three main components:
- TOWHEY Consulting Group Inc. (TCG) is the operating company responsible for general management, marketing and the delivery of advisory and management consulting services.
- The Crisis Group is a division of TCG that develops and delivers innovative, industry-leading crisis leadership training, planning and operational solutions.
- Towhey Communications is a division of TCG that provides organizational communication advice and services to clients, including the ability to develop, host and manage technical solutions to client requirements.
Our clients
We select our clients based on our ability to provide them with exceptional value in our areas of expertise. Our clients vary from large international corporations with market capitalization in the billions of dollars, to small entrepreneurial businesses and non-profit agencies.
